2017-2018 Federal Report Cards Available
The Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), requires each state education agency to prepare and publish an annual report card with state-, district-, and campus-level data.
Every district that receives Title I, Part A funding is responsible for distributing the state-, district-, and campus-level report cards to each of its campuses, the parents of all enrolled students, and the public.
You can download the reports and/or access them using the below links. Also, we can provide hardcopies and appropriate translation (written or oral) to parents upon request.
If you have any questions, please contact Stephanie S. Jones, Managing Director of Federal & State Compliance & Grants, at 713.967.9037 or email@example.com. Thank you.

At YES Prep North Forest, we believe strong culture and community are essential to student achievement. We create systems, structures, and routines, to create school-wide consistency, creativity and achievement for students and staff. It is critical that we create a high-quality culture, so students develop the character and academic skills needed to graduate from college prepared to lead.
We use our core values, discipline system, positive praise, and feedback to create school pride and safety, focus on learning, and foster relationships based on respect and kindness. This will ultimately lead to student achievement and success at YES Prep North Forest and beyond.
