YES Prep Public Notices Policy

As a public school, YES Prep is legally obligated to post notices under various state and federal statutes, including the Texas Administrative Code, the Texas Government Code, and the Texas Open Meetings Act. YES Prep’s Compliance and Communications teams work in tandem to ensure that all notices are posted in a timely manner. Further, all notices are placed where legally required and in a place with high visibility.
