Conflicts disclosure statements and conflict of interest questionnaires are submitted by local government officers or vendors and other persons for filing with a local government in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 176, Local Government Code.
These documents are required to be posted online up to three years from the date of filing or longer if the conflict continues.
