Any products delivered or services performed without a valid purchase order are considered unauthorized purchases, and YES Prep Public Schools is not financially responsible for those charges.

We kindly ask all vendors to confirm receipt of an approved purchase order before beginning any work or delivery. This helps ensure compliance with our purchasing policies and allows for timely and accurate payment.
