Join us for a celebration of Latino/a/x heritage at "Mosaic de Cultura," a fun event where we will dive into the rich tapestry of Latino/a/x culture as we explore our roots, traditions, and vibrant histories through interactive workshops and collaborative activities.
Come ready to celebrate, create, and connect as we piece together the vibrant mosaic of Latino/a/x heritage. Let’s honor our past, embrace our present, and shape our future together.
This year the summit is lead by three fierce individuals that bring something unique to the table:
- Kimberly Gallegos, Manager of Government Grants
- Viviane Oliveira, Director of Org Projects and Events
- Elizabeth Valencia, Manager of Student Enrichment at Southwest Secondary
Registration will be open from September 16th to October 11th or until all student slots are filled. We encourage students to register today so they don't miss out on this fabulous event!
About the Latinx Leadership Summit
The Latinx Leadership Summit exists to provide a safe and welcoming space for high school students and staff who identify as Latino/a/x. The summit allows participants and presenters to celebrate and connect with one another, share their stories and learn more about their identity.
