Senior Signing Day
The best day of the year! At YES Prep, Senior Signing Day is an annual tradition where our seniors declare the next steps in their journey by sharing which college, university, branch of the armed forces or post-secondary opportunity they will pursue after graduation. Seniors have watched this tradition every year and have earned their moment in the spotlight!
As we continue celebrating YES Prep's 25th Anniversary, we are excited for this year's 1,600+ seniors to declare their next step in their journey after graduation at our 2024 Senior Signing Day on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at the University of Houston’s Fertitta Center.

History of Senior Signing Day
YES Prep hosted its inaugural Senior Signing Day in 2001.
While those are impressive accomplishments, we believe our YES Prep seniors deserve the same, if not more, attention because each one of them represents what we set out to prove when we first founded YES Prep back in 1998: Any student -regardless of zip code, ethnicity, or income level- can graduate from high school and attend and complete a four-year college, when they are given access to the same opportunities and the same resources that students receive in great private schools and in great suburban public schools.
