  • Tuesday, Jan. 20 - Tuesday, Feb. 3 (with Intent to Return Survey)
  • Friday, April 24 - Thursday, May 7

You will receive a message with the survey link/QR code in Parent Square during the survey window. 

What is a family survey? 

Our family survey was created with you in mind! It’s your opportunity to share your voice and actively contribute to the YES Prep community. Your feedback is essential, and as a key influence in your child’s life, we want to ensure you have a say in shaping their school experience. 

How it works

During every survey window expect a message on parent square with a link/QR code for the family survey. We want to know how you and your family are feeling about your YES Prep experience. From the vibe on campus to the support from our amazing staff, your thoughts matter.
