Commencement
Commencement provides an opportunity for YES Prep students, teachers, families and friends to celebrate the graduating class as they earn their diploma.
Commencement is not only a celebration, but also a culmination of current secondary students' typical seven-year YES Prep experience, beginning in the sixth grade. With the addition of elementary schools, that YES experience will soon extend to cover their elementary years.
The 2026 YES Prep Commencement Ceremonies were celebrated at the Bayou City Event Center, located at 9401 Knight Road.
