Legacy Health Clinics

Since 2015, YES Prep Public Schools has partnered with Legacy Community Health to provide students with convenient access to quality healthcare through school-based health services.

Every YES Prep campus has a certified medical assistant who can care for routine health concerns, such as minor injuries and everyday illnesses. However, some students need additional medical or behavioral health services that require a healthcare provider. Through our partnership with Legacy Community Health, families have access to primary care, behavioral health services, and other healthcare resources, helping students receive the care they need without unnecessary barriers.

This partnership helps reduce time away from school for students and time away from work for families while making it easier to access high-quality healthcare. By bringing services closer to where students learn, we're helping ensure they are healthy, supported, and ready to succeed both in the classroom and beyond.
