Application Process

The YES Prep Talent Team will review your academic background, past professional experiences and accomplishments, and supplemental materials. 

Check your email - Someone from the YES Prep Talent Team may contact you if further information is needed. 

If selected for a Finalist Interview, you will be contacted directly by the Hiring Manager to schedule the interview.

Finalist Interviews may include completion of a selection activity to be completed by email submission or during the interview. Examples of activities include analyzing a data set, providing a writing sample, or teaching a sample lesson. 

Dress Professionally – All YES Prep campuses and Home Office have professional dress codes. 

Ask Questions – The final interview is your chance to ask your potential future manager about the role, the organization, and working on the team. 

Research – YES Prep being the right fit for you is just as important as you being the right fit for us. Spend some time reviewing our website, our mission and values, and the work we do! 

If a hiring manager is interested in offering you a position, you will receive an offer letter via email. Once an offer is accepted, you will receive instructions to begin the onboarding process.
