A college-ready education for all students pre-K through 12th grade

Since 1995, YES Prep Public Schools has served students in grades 6-12 and increased the number of students from underserved communities who graduate from college prepared to lead. Recognized by U.S. News & World Report, The Washington Post and others as having some of the best schools in the nation, YES Prep has graduates earning college degrees at four times the rate of their peers nationally.

In May 2020, we announced the two additional schools opening in August 2021: North Forest Elementary and Southside Elementary. With the 2021-22 student lottery season now open, YES Prep is excited to welcome its youngest students next fall and are eager to continue to provide a high-quality, college-ready education to elementary students.
